Ice Box is an undergraduate, student-run literary journal, which showcases the talented writers and artists of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the greater Fairbanks area. After two years of inactivity, the officers of Ice Box are currently working hard together to reestablish the journal for the 2017-2018 school year with aims to publish during the Spring 2018 semester.

Ice Box has open submission dates throughout the year (check the home page for current deadlines). However, due to a two-year inactivity, any current submissions sitting in our mailbox will be deleted. For those who have submitted before October 2017, it would be best to resubmit your work; we apologize for any inconvenience. All work that is submitted will be reviewed by multiple Ice Box members as well as our Staff and Faculty Advisors. All submissions will be blindly read/viewed to make the selection process as fair as possible.

We hope that you enjoy and are inspired by the works here in.

Ice Box is currently under construction. Some areas may be bare or have unavailable content.
More content will be added as we accept submissions.

Thank you for your patience as we make the transition.
